In-Store Purchases

As an independent shop with fitting rooms to try before you buy, we don't offer refunds on in-store purchases. We're happy to offer an exchange or credit note instead.

• Bring your item back within 14 days of purchase
• Items must be unworn, with all labels attached and in original packaging
• Please bring your store receipt (gift receipts are accepted)

Sale items: exchange or credit note within 7 days. Items bought in final extra-discount promotions can't be exchanged.

Non-returnable: for hygiene reasons, we can't exchange underwear or hair accessories.

Online Orders

How to return

1. Log in at account.slowstreet.ie and complete a Return Request for your order.
2. Once your request is accepted, we'll email you the next steps.
3. Pop your name and order number inside the parcel. We recommend sending it tracked, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return conditions

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, including on sale items
• Items must be unworn, with all labels attached and in original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and hair accessories can't be returned
• If an item comes back worn or damaged, we may not be able to offer a full refund

Refunds & exchanges

Returned items can be exchanged or refunded to your original payment card. Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

We check every item before it leaves us, but if anything isn't right, please email us straight away at info@slowstreet.ie and we'll put it right. For faulty items, we'll cover the return postage and refund it once the item reaches us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All our shipping rates are flat rate, so you pay the same fee for your location no matter how much you order.

Ireland: 3–5 working days after you receive shipping confirmation
Europe: 5–7 working days

During busy times, such as collection launches and Christmas, orders may take a little longer to process, please see your email references for up to date shipment tracking details. 

Ireland: €8, free on orders over €150

Zone 2 (€16): Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands
Zone 3 (€18): Austria, Denmark, Switzerland
Zone 4 (€21): Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
Zone 5 (€28): Finland, Norway, Portugal, Spain
Zone 6 (€34): Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania
Zone 7 (€50): Cyprus, Greece, Malta

United Kingdom: unfortunately, we're no longer able to ship to the UK due to significant tax and duty charges.

PRODUCT DETAILS

We make every effort to ensure our photos and descriptions are accurate, but slight differences in colour and texture can occur, and manufacturers' specifications may change. Some of our pieces are handmade, so each one may vary slightly from the photos. All measurements are approximate.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

In the unlikely event that part of your order is out of stock, we'll send the rest and give you the option of a refund or exchange on the missing item. We will be in touch by email to arrange the best possible solution.
